 BE COURAGEOUS

 “This is my command--be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the LORD your God is with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9


  What is courage?  Courage is Bravery, it is Fearlessness, it is Boldness and it is the strength to speak and act without fear when we are in difficult and dangerous situations. 

To have courage is to be confident and even willing to suffer for what we believe.  

A courageous person is not afraid of challenges, NO, not atall: they are “not afraid of adversity; his heart is firm, trusting in the Lord”. Psalm 112:7 ESV 

Furthermore, Jesus said, “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 ESV.  

To take heart is to be courageous; it is telling us to be strengthened in our hearts no matter the challenges that may arise. Therefore in times of adversity one must be courageous in order to conquer.  

A courageous person is a fearless person, and full of faith.

 A courageous person does not see impossibilities but believes all things are possible. As it is written, "I can do all things through him who strengthens me". Philippians 4:13 ESV.

 The secret of courage is in the word of God and in putting ones confidence in the lord. Therefore we must continually eat the word of God and meditate on it ceaselessly that we may find comfort and strength to achieve all that we are purposed to do. 

Be ready to follow your dream no matter what, Step out of your comfort zone. Take steps, take risk.

 Though fear may arise within you in order to get you discouraged, however, you must take silence in the word of God and be strengthened in your inner man by His Spirit of grace. 

You must keep up with doing that which you know is right to do despite the fear and challenges.

We made Him our source of supply for every need, we trusted Him for every detail of our life and we are still doing that till date. This is because we have come to know that God gives the best and His gifts has eternal value and anything the world didn't give you, it can't take from you.
